Underhood Condenser Kit  w/ 18"L X 16"W Multi Pass Condenser (BPE6690) fitting radiator opening of 22"inches Wide or Less,Universal Condenser mounting Brackets, Single Action R134 Expansion Valve (BPE6640), Clutch Cycling Switch (BPE6696),Mini Receiver Dryer and Mounting Brackets,Hose Mounting Straps, Insulation, Fasteners,Barrier Hose Kit (#6-96", #8-60", & #10-72"), More than ample selection of all Bubble Crimp Fittings including #8 45 & 90 Degree Fittings w/ Charge Ports & #10 45 & 90 Degree Fittings w/ Charge Ports for installation at compressor.

This kit is Primarily used for Original Factory A/C Equipped Vehicles Early C Bodies, 1965 & Earlier B Bodies . For Vehicles With Original Factory A/C Evaporator. Includes Basic Installation Overview Instructions.

NOTE:1- On Most High Mounted Compressors, For Cleaner installation,  we recommend mounting the compressor with both ,suction & discharge ports, pointing towards right side inner fender. Then use a pair of 45 degree fittings (BLA1312-3 & BLA1313-3) at compressor, and route hoses across top of Alternator.

2-Larger #8 Fitting Is always installed on top.

3-Smaller #6 Fitting is always installed at bottom. #6 Outlet fitting goes to Receiver Dryer .

4-Upon Installation, Always add 1/2-3/4 ounce of PAG 100 Refrigerant Oil to Condenser Before Installation.

5-Condenser will be Under Nitrogen Pressure when caps are removed

6-Always fit largest condenser to opening in radiator support for maximum efficency and cooling

7-Always mount Condenser as high as possible and as close as possible to radiator support opening.

8-When System is flushed Clean and dry, and you are using a NEW BPE provided Compressor (already has Oil in it), add 1.5-2 ounces (total) PAG 46 Refrigerant Oil to rest of the system, usually split between new condensor, evaporator, and fresh receiver dryer.
