BPE4733 Bracket Specifically Designed For 1970 & later Engines W/Passenger Side Offset Thermostat Housing or Centered Thermostat Housing With NON-A/C Alternator Brackets & Pulleys without Power Steering. For Almost All Styles Of A-Engine Intakes But Is Specifically Designed To Work As A/C Brackets For 6-Pak Cars and LA Engine Intakes with No Vertical Top Boss Area. Will also work on O.E. Style A-Engine Intakes with vertical Boss between drivers side front 1st and 2nd bolt. This Kit works without Power Steering! (Use BPE4732 w/ Power Steering) Must use original Non A/C Pulleys (BPE4012 & BPE4015) and Non A/C Alternator Brackets (BPE5251 Not Included). Must use BPE7312 SD7H Sanden Style Compressor
Fits: 1970-Later A-Engine Intakes with Angled Intake Bolts .Must have either a Passenger Side Offset or Centered Thermostat Housing. Drivers Side OFFSET Thermostat Housing Intakes will not work! Magnum Engines Have Vertical Intake Bolts, LA Intakes have Intake Bolts at an Angle.

Water Pump Requirements: 1970 and later LA Engine design with Passenger Side lower Radiator Hose Inlet/ Driverside Lower Radiator Hose Location (1969 and Earlier) will not work!
Upper Radiator Hose: On some applications, you may try 4730H
NOTE: For Cleaner installation, we recommend mounting the compressor with both suction & discharge ports, pointing towards right side inner fender. Then use a pair of 45 degree fittings (BLA1312-3 & BLA1313-3) at compressor, and route hoses across top of Alternator.
