NOTE: 1-WORKS ON ALL TRUCK INSTALLATIONS AND SOME TUBULAR SUSPENSIONS SUCH AS GERST OR ALTERKATION FRONT SUSPENSION, AND SOME OTHER AFTERMARKET FRONT SUSPENSIONS
2-MOST APPLICATIONS, REPLACING THE GASKET IS NOT NECESSARY. FACTORY WINDAGE TRAY HAS A PERMA GASKET AFFIXED TO IT. GENERALLY, THOROUGHLY CLEANING OIL RESIDUE FROM WINDAGE TRAY AND OLD SMEAR OF RTV FROM TRAY AND BLOCK IS ALL REQUIRED. DON'T FORGET TO PUT THIN SMEAR OF RTV BACK AT TIMING COVER, AND REAR MAIN SEAL MATING POINTS
3-REAR SUMP PAN IS ONLY 7 3/4" DEEP (SEE ATTACHED ROUGH SKETCH COMPARING FRONT SUMP TO REAR SUMP PANS)
4-FOR 2003-2008 5.7L ENGINES W/O VVT AND 2005-2010 6.1L ENGINES USE 61RSKIT
5-ALWAYS CHECK PAN DEPTH AND OIL PICK CLEARANCE, AND ADJUST IF NOT CORRECT. PICKUP SHOULD BE 1/8" FROM BOTTOM OF OIL PAN
6-INCLUDES 61R065AA OIL PAN BOLT SET
7-INCLUDES 61RA333AA MAIN BEARING STUD & 61RA758 NUT WHICH IS REQUIRED FOR OIL PICK UP SUPPORT IN THE #3 MAIN BEARING CAP
